Kristin is an Associate and member of the Stockholm Office Banking & Finance group with a particular focus on Equity Capital Markets. In addition to capital markets matters, Kristin regularly advices clients within Swedish and international commercial law, corporate and public M&A.
Kristin works with a broad range of companies within several different sectors. She can assist your company with its IPO, reverse takeover, rights issue, incentive programs and public M&A. She also advises listed companies concerning information requirements, corporate governance, disclosure and inside information issues as well as compliance with applicable regulations and market practices.
Before joining Eversheds Sutherland in 2023, Kristin worked as general counsel for a legal start-up. Further, she has previous experience of working in a smaller Stockholm law firm. Kristin is always committed to provide comprehensive legal support tailored to each client’s needs, business, and current situation.
