We assisted in the sale of the shares of Integrations Oy

We acted as advisors to the sellers in the sale of a 51% stake in the share capital of Integrations Oy to Siili Solutions Plc. Siili has committed to acquiring the remaining shares in future years in installments, under terms specified in a shareholder agreement.
Integrations Group specializes in integration solutions and services.
Siili Solutions Plc, founded in 2005, is a consulting company specializing in the creative design and technical implementation of software systems, independent of any specific technology.
The project team included Partner Vesa Turkki, Specialist Counsel Jarkko Hankaa, Associate Sanni Tirkkonen, M&A Manager Max Tarkkala, and Partner Torsti Lakari.
