Eversheds Sutherland advises Pollen Street Capital on joint venture with LSL to establish Pivotal Growth Limited

Eversheds Sutherland has advised longstanding client Pollen Street Capital, one of Europe's leading specialist private equity investors, on the formation of a joint venture with LSL, a leading provider of residential property services, to establish Pivotal Growth Limited, a vehicle seeking to become a leading national mortgage broker.

Plans are underway for at least £200m to be made available by way of equity and debt to fund acquisitions, with Pollen Street Capital committing up to £62.4m and LSL up to £33.5m.

The investment by Pollen Street Capital and LSL will allow Pivotal Growth to be powered by market leading technology in order to provide first class regulatory compliance and exemplary customer service.
