Dan protects the intellectual property of some of the world’s largest companies and best known brands.
He prepares and prosecutes domestic and foreign patent applications, and domestic and foreign trademark applications. With a background in mechanical engineering, Dan has served as trial and appellate counsel and as an expert witness in patent, trademark, trade dress, and copyright litigation, including litigation concerning medical instruments, athletic equipment, computer software, camouflage and digital piracy.
Dan is registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
