Jeremy D. Spier

This includes international and domestic IP rights. He primarily focuses on patent and trademark prosecution. He also counsels clients on IP portfolio management and prepares patentability, validity, non-infringement, and product clearance opinions. In addition, Jeremy has substantial experience in preparing IP licensing agreements and conducting IP audits and due diligence in corporate transactions.

Before joining Eversheds Sutherland (US) as an Associate, Jeremy served as an IP attorney in Florida, where he prepared and prosecuted patent, trademark, and copyright applications. His technological experience includes software, medical devices, mechanical systems and consumer products. He holds a degree in mechanical engineering and is registered to practice before the US Patent and Trademark Office.
