Chelsey advises on the entire lifecycle of large-scale projects, with a particular focus on the development, construction and M&A (including joint ventures and investments) of renewable energy assets, digital infrastructure (including data centers), social infrastructure and transport infrastructure projects.
She advises on public private partnerships (PPPs), concessions and other similar structures, having advised on PPPs in the housing, education, telecommunications, social infrastructure and transport sectors.
Chelsey regularly advises developers, owners, investors and funders on the construction, financing, acquisition and disposal of wind, solar, battery storage and gas projects and has advised Phase 1 and Phase 2 offshore developers on their proposed offshore wind projects.
In addition to her client focused work, Chelsey regularly contributes to articles and speaks at industry events.
