Michael advises clients based in the US and abroad on complex and transformative business transactions.

These include mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, leveraged buyouts, joint ventures, private placements of securities, and venture capital investments. His clients include private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies, which he represents in virtually all aspects of their business.

Michael also regularly provides general corporate advice to clients ranging from small start-ups to established enterprises. He also routinely advises clients in connection with their cross border acquisitions or reorganizations and routinely works with the Eversheds teams in Europe, Asia and the Middle East to develop solutions for clients to achieve their business goals. Michael also has experience in real estate matters, including joint ventures, private offerings, and real estate acquisitions and dispositions.

Michael has counseled clients across many industries, with significant experience in the technology industry, including software-as-a-service, software development, Insurtech and medtech. Michael also has experience in the food industry and cannabis industry.
