Jarkko acts as a Counsel in issues related to mergers and acquisitions as well as the securities market and company law.
He has extensive knowledge of handling cases related to different types of transactions and the securities market. In addition, Jarkko has acted as a counsel in organizing the boards of limited companies and in the planning and realization of the mutual agreement structures of the owners. Jarkko has acted as an attorney in several different judicial proceedings.
