Leonor Gago da Câmara

Leonor Gago da Câmara develops her practice in the Corporate and M&A department, which, in addition to the Portuguese jurisdiction, has been predominantly focused on the Angolan jurisdiction, in particular in several transactions, structuring joint-ventures, managing private investment projects, commercial contracts and other significant corporate restructurings. 
Leonor has been involved in multi-jurisdictional transactional work and advises businesses across sectors on commercial, manufacturing/construction, banking, insurance matters. She has also been involved in important and complex M&A operations within the Angolan energy sector.
