He has extensive mergers and acquisitions experience, and has helped clients structure, negotiate and complete a wide range of transactions, including sales and acquisitions of insurance entities, reinsurance of blocks of insurance business, non-control investments, company formations, capital raising and corporate restructurings. Kevin has significant mergers and acquisitions experience involving retirement services businesses, broker-dealers and investment advisers. In addition to his transactional work, Kevin also regularly advises clients on compliance with state insurance regulations, including licensing requirements and filings under the state insurance holding company acts, and general corporate matters.
