Our Team Advises LAU Infra Grupa on Its IPO

We are proud to have advised road maintenance and civil engineering company LAU Infra Grupa on the successful completion of its initial public offering - a landmark transaction for Latvia’s capital market.

 

The offering attracted strong investor interest across the Baltics, with 1,981 investors from Latvia, Lithuania, and Estonia subscribing for 3,944,893 shares with a total value of EUR 6.19 million.

 

A particularly strong signal of confidence was the participation of leading Baltic pension funds, highlighting institutional trust in the company’s business model, financial performance, and long-term growth prospects.
