Sacha is a principal associate in the renewable energy construction team.
Sacha has extensive experience in the renewable energy sector, including working on solar projects, battery storage projects, on onshore and offshore wind projects and biomass projects where she has undertaken due diligence, negotiated and drafted key project documents.
Sacha’s recent experience includes:
- acting for a developer on the acquisition of 4.2GW of UK offshore wind development, including undertaking due diligence of the construction contracts
- advising a developer on the construction of a nearshore wind farm in Vietnam
- advising a fund on the drafting and negotiation of extended service and warranty arrangements and fleet availability agreements for its UK Vestas and Gamesa Fleets
- advising a fund on the acquisition, construction and financing of a 211MW wind farm in Finland, the largest wind farm in Finland and one of the largest unsubsidized wind farms in Europe
- acting for a developer, drafting and negotiating a suite of contracts in respect of six 50 MW solar farms in Egypt
- acting for a fund on the acquisition of 15 battery storage projects, including undertaking due diligence of constructed projects and negotiating the EPCs for projects to be constructed
- acting for a fund on the acquisition of an operational biomass project
