The Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA) came into force in the EU on 16 January 2023. DORA sets out a general framework for ensuring the digital resilience of banking and financial institutions. It introduces requirements and technical-organisational measures applicable to the IT and network systems that financial services firms use to provide their services.
