Stacey litigates complex business disputes, civil rights and constitutional cases, education funding matters, and employment disputes.
She has extensive experience in consumer and policyholder class actions. She represents clients engaged in commercial arbitrations and in litigation in state and federal courts at the trial and appellate levels.
Stacey also counsels companies on a variety of matters, including employment issues and open-government compliance, and advises private and public schools on a range of education issues.
