We represented Korona Fund III Ky and the minority shareholders of Normiopaste Oy and its group companies in a complex cross-border transaction

Acting as sellers, Normiopaste Oy’s shareholders – Korona Fund III Ky and its  minority shareholders – concluded a transaction in which the majority of the shares of Normiopaste Oy were sold to Söderberföretagen Infrastruktur AB.

In the same context, Normiopaste Oy acquired the shares of Normiopaste Oy’s three subsidiaries and certain sellers of minority shareholdings invested in Normiopaste Oy.

Söderbergföretagen also owns the companies Blinkfyrar (the Swedish market leader) and ProVia operating in the same field. The transaction strengthens Söderbergföretagen’s infrastructure business even further.

Normiopaste is Finland’s leading provider of traffic guidance and safety products, specialising also in construction and manufacturing.

Söderbergföretagen J AB is a family-owned group, with companies in the fields of industry and technology trading. It today covers four business areas: components, electrical power, infrastructure and technology trading.

The assignment’s core team consisted of Partner Johan Wesander, Specialist Counsel Henrik Sandholm and Associate Linda Miettinen.
