We represented Elcoline in an equity investment

We acted as Elcoline’s legal advisor in a significant equity investment by EAB Private Equity, a part of Evli Group, in  Elcoline, a rapidly growing company which provides industrial maintenance services and implements demanding technical projects. In addition to EAB Private Equity, which led the investment round, other investors include Elo Mutual Pension Insurance Company and the investment companies Tesi and Arvo sijoitusosuuskunta. Elcoline's founders and key personnel will continue as substantial owners in the company.

Partner Vesa Turkki was responsible for the assignment. Our team also included Partners Henrik Sandholm and Torsti Lakari, Specialist Counsels Leena Pyymäki and Kalle Klemetti and Associate Sanni Tirkkonen.
