Nathalie Kaufmann

Her practice focuses on litigation and dispute resolution, with an emphasis on disputes involving liability and insurance-related issues, as well as commercial contracts. As a member of the real estate team, she advises clients on all aspects of real estate transactions and regularly assists clients with drafting and negotiating commercial lease agreements, as well as she provides legal support on construction and development projects.

Nathalie joined Eversheds Sutherland in August 2021 as a trainee lawyer. After completing her internship, she returned to Eversheds Sutherland in November 2023 as an associate. Previously, she gained valuable experience at the District Court of Emmental-Oberaargau. During her Master's degree, she worked in the legal department of an insurance company.
