Anete has acquired expertise through her active involvement in providing daily legal assistance. Her expertise extends to real estate acquisition deals and the development of renewable energy projects. Due to her experience in real estate matters, Anete provides valuable support to her colleagues in various M&A related transactions and legal due diligence projects. Anete has also obtained expertise in such fields as commercial law, competition law and AML.
Furthermore, Anete’s recent focus has been on European Union taxonomy, sustainable finance, and corporate sustainability reporting matters. While ESG field continues to evolve, Anete has developed a deep understanding of compliance with regulatory enactments.
