Jeremy Bloomstone is an associate in the Insurance practice group, where he focuses on transactional matters and advises on AI regulatory compliance.
He advises insurers on a range of regulatory, compliance and governance developments related to their use of artificial intelligence, and represents clients in the insurance and financial services industries on issues related to mergers, acquisitions, reinsurance and other strategic transactions.
Prior to joining Eversheds Sutherland, Jeremy participated in the firm’s Summer Associate Program. During law school, he was a fellow with the Center for Legal and Court Technology and interned at a global technology company in their ethics and compliance group. He previously worked as a community engagement and government relations professional for several large national advocacy and political organizations.
