Stefan Corbanie, Benelux Managing Partner, Eversheds Sutherland, said: “These appointments represent a significant step in our continued investment in Luxembourg, reinforcing the strong foundations we’ve established in the region and positioning the firm for sustained growth. “Sara and Codrina bring outstanding expertise and experience, which will further enhance the value we deliver to our clients. Their arrival also reflects our strategic approach across the Benelux region – one that prioritises a cohesive, cross-border perspective over a country-specific model. This framework has enabled us to respond with agility to evolving client needs, enhancing our competitive edge within an increasingly complex legal market.” Michaela Arter, Partner and European Head Financial Services Sector, Eversheds Sutherland, said: "Codrina’s arrival marks a pivotal moment for our Luxembourg team. We now have the depth and bench strength to enhance our Luxembourg funds offering as part of our broader European and international ambitions." Nick Swiss, Partner and International Head of Finance, Eversheds Sutherland, said: "The Luxembourg office continues to play a pivotal role in our finance strategy, serving as a hub for cross-border finance and regulatory work. Sara’s legal technical excellence and reputation for delivering high-quality, pragmatic advice not only strengthen our finance offering, but also reinforce our commitment to providing best-in-class service to our clients. We’re thrilled to welcome her onboard.” Codrina, Partner, Eversheds Sutherland, said: "I’m thrilled to join Eversheds Sutherland, a firm with the international reach and reputation that aligns perfectly with my practice.
