Eversheds Sutherland Partner Issa Hanna speaks with Private Funds CFO about a pending federal court of appeals decision that will address an industry challenge to the SEC’s private fund adviser rules that were released last year.

Commenting on the legal implications of the ultimate ruling, Issa said, “There’s a lot at stake here.”
