Following the invasion of Ukraine by Russia, the UK, EU and US have responded by announcing further sanctions in respect of Russia. We have also seen expanded sanctions in respect of Belarus.

The sanctions landscape has been changing at a fast pace and further changes are expected.


The intention for further restrictions is being communicated by the EU, UK and US on almost a daily basis and it is important to keep up to date with the legal position as and when restrictions are set out in law.
