At the 6th Risk Governance Conference, we will discuss how companies can develop effective strategy and risk governance in conditions of prolonged uncertainty.
The conference will analyze current trends and explore why traditional annual risk assessments are no longer sufficient. It will also address the responsibility and involvement of boards and management bords in risk governance processes.
The conference will examine how to ensure competitiveness in an uncertain environment and the factors that company leaders must consider when planning strategy for the next decade. Practical case studies on risk governance in different situations will be presented. Discussions will seek answers to questions about the most relevant risks for companies today, the limitations of traditional risk governance models, and how to integrate risk governance into strategic thinking within organizations.
