Eversheds Sutherland has advised Aprendere Skolor AB (publ) in connection with the entering into of an agreement to acquire all shares in Hörby yrkesgymnasium AB, started in 2010. The acquisition is expected to close on 1 August 2024.

Aprendere already operates 17 units in primary school, adapted primary school, upper secondary school and adapted upper secondary school and has a stated ambition to continue to grow.
