He specializes in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) transactions, joint ventures (JVs), and corporate and commercial law.
Tomasz has extensive experience advising on both domestic and international M&A transactions, representing buyers and sellers, as well as handling corporate restructurings. He has participated in numerous complex business projects across various sectors, supporting Polish and foreign clients in joint ventures, private equity transactions, shareholder disputes, commercial contracts, and corporate governance issues.
In international law firm rankings, clients commend Tomasz for his strategic acumen, process management skills, and negotiation effectiveness (Chambers Europe). The Legal 500 EMEA ranking describes him as a top-rated corporate lawyer.
Tomasz holds an LL.M. degree in international business law. He is a frequent speaker at conferences, training courses, and MBA programs, where he addresses commercial law topics. He has co-authored two books on directors' liability and published several articles on company law. Before joining Eversheds Sutherland, he led the M&A practice at the Polish office of an international law firm.
