Leonart Szanajca-Kossakowski is a Senior Associate in the Corporate and M&A team at Eversheds Sutherland Poland.
He specializes in M&A transactions, participating in every stage of the investment process. Leonart advises clients on corporate and business law matters and handles commercial contracts and civil law issues.
With many years of experience in both international and local law firms, Leonart has advised clients across various sectors, particularly in e-commerce, new technologies, and energy. He has supported clients in joint-venture transactions, especially in property development projects, and has been involved in numerous corporate restructurings.
Before joining Eversheds Sutherland, Leonart gained experience at international law firms. Since July 2021, Leonart has been an attorney-at-law and a member of the District Bar Council in Warsaw.
