He advises both Polish and foreign clients on corporate, commercial, and civil law, specializing in M&A transactions. Tomasz represents both buyers and sellers, participating in every stage of the investment process—from structuring the transaction and conducting due diligence to drafting and negotiating transaction documents, and providing post-transaction advice. He also assists clients with joint ventures and shareholder disputes.
Tomasz has extensive experience in corporate restructurings, including mergers, transformations, demergers, and group structuring. He frequently works on cross-border projects and is well-versed in insolvency and restructuring law, representing clients in insolvency and bankruptcy proceedings.
As a speaker at conferences, Tomasz provides training to company boards on commercial company law, covering topics such as corporate compliance and the duties and responsibilities of board members in limited liability companies.
In 2021, Tomasz was nominated for the "Rising Stars - Lawyers Leaders of Tomorrow" award by Wolters Kluwer. Before joining Eversheds Sutherland, he was a member of the M&A practice at the Polish office of an international law firm.
