Hubert Jurczyk is a lawyer in the Corporate and M&A team at Eversheds Sutherland Poland.

Hubert has extensive experience in providing day-to-day legal services to companies. He advises clients from a wide range of industries, including international groups in the e-commerce, technology, retail, and defence sectors. His work includes performing due diligence, preparing corporate documentation, and participating in the drafting and negotiation of commercial contracts. Additionally, he offers comprehensive support to clients in proceedings before the registry court.
