Maciej supports clients in the area of data protection, with a particular focus on cloud services, artificial intelligence and IT projects. He works for leading companies in the technology and financial sectors, offering comprehensive legal advice on personal data protection and GDPR compliance. He has a wealth of experience with projects related to audits and implementation of GDPR regulations, enabling clients to effectively manage risk and compliance. He advised a multinational corporation as a member of the Global Privacy Team in the position of Privacy Analyst, where his tasks focused on conducting Privacy Impact Assessment and Data Protection Impact Assessment of global projects. He has been involved in a number of M&A and asset-deal transactions where he audited on data protection regulations.
He is certified as an Internal Auditor of an Integrated Management System in accordance with PN-EN ISO/IEC 207001:2017-06 and ISO 27701:2019. He also holds CIPP/E certificate issued by the IAPP (International Association of Privacy Professionals).
