Aleksandra Filipiak is a lawyer in the Corporate and M&A team at Eversheds Sutherland Poland.
She supports the team in advising both Polish and international clients on corporate and commercial law, business contracts, M&A transactions, restructuring of company groups, and company liquidations. Aleksandra also has experience in conducting due diligence analyses, preparing corporate documentation for transactions, and providing ongoing legal services to business entities.
Additionally, she handles the registration proceedings of business entities. Aleksandra has gained her experience in both Polish and international law firms.
