Frank advises clients on U.S. and international tax planning, transactions, and dispute resolution.
He counsels on joint venture formations, corporate and partnership restructurings, taxable and tax-free mergers and acquisitions, and related financing strategies. Frank’s comprehensive experience encompasses tax structuring, diligence, and transaction documentation review for numerous buy-side and sell-side transactions.
In addition to his broad transactional practice, Frank regularly advises clients on energy tax matters, helping businesses navigate the complexities of federal incentives, credits, and compliance in the energy tax sector.
Before joining Eversheds Sutherland, Frank worked at a Big Four accounting firm, advising on domestic and cross-border M&A, tax-efficient structuring, and due diligence. He also served as a law clerk for a natural gas and electric company and interned with the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in Hillsborough County, Florida.
