Loyalty Rewards Program for African Bank Limited, partnering with Loylogic, FZE and Pinnacle Rewards (Pty) Ltd

Sara-Jane Pluke is proud to have advised Pinnacle Rewards (Pty) Ltd in its joint venture negotiations with Loy Logic FZE, a Swiss-based multinational, in the provision of a new, industry-leading, inclusive loyalty rewards program offering for African Bank Limited, designed to improve the financial behaviour and wellbeing of its customers.

The negotiations between the three parties spanned 14 months and culminated in the launch of the bespoke rewards program, which will allow members of the program to earn and redeem loyalty points in an impressive and exciting network of rewards partners.

The partnership between the three parties marks the beginning of a purposeful offering to deliver impactful loyalty programs for businesses operating on the African continent.
