Claire is a Senior Associate in the Corporate group, with experience of a broad range of transactional work including domestic and multi-jurisdictional M&A, private equity, equity capital markets, and group reorganizations.
Claire has worked as a corporate M&A lawyer since qualifying in 2018, and also has experience of working in the Russian legal market, having completed a six-month secondment to Moscow. She regularly advises clients on high-profile transactions and award-winning deals.
Claire has recently undertaken a secondment with the commercial legal team at Tarmac, supporting the business with a $1.1bn M&A project.
