Helen is Managing Partner – Clients and Business Delivery.
Before taking the role as Managing Partner – Clients and Business Delivery, Helen was European Managing Partner, a former head of the Global Corporate Real Estate group and head of the Band 1 ranked Transport Sector group.
In terms of her own practice, Helen is a corporate real estate lawyer, leading teams across multiple jurisdictions, advising major corporates in the FTSE 100 and Fortune 500 in the Technology, Financial Services, Life Science, and Industrials sectors.
Helen has advised multiple US headquartered technology businesses on their global expansion programs including in both offices, logistics and data centers.
Helen is currently the senior relationship partner for Eversheds Sutherland's largest global client leading a multidisciplinary team of lawyers across US, EMEA and Asia ensuring service excellence and focusing on driving a consistent client experience.
A former Head of the Transport sector group, Helen has worked on a range of major infrastructure projects, including leading the team on the £16bn Crossrail Elizabeth Rail Line through central London and working on significant projects relating to High Speed Rail.

- Advising a retailer on their European market entry both in physical retail stores and in an extensive logistics and warehousing strategy
- Advising a technology company on a new global HQ in London including exit from existing campus
- Advising a life science client on acquisition of new research and development facilities in Switzerland and Germany
- Advising an e-commerce client on logistics projects across Continental Europe including site acquisition, development leasing, consenting and zoning
- Sale and leaseback of office and retail portfolio for a major transport infrastructure organization
- Acquisition of strategic central London sites to facilitate major rail upgrade project
- Disposal of European portfolio of manufacturing sites across central and eastern Europe to facilitate moving production to the Far East for an industrials client
