As a financial services lawyer, Ennis undertakes work involving investment funds and financial institutions in both the authorised and unauthorised funds space.

He practices in a range of areas which span authorised and unauthorised funds, insurance and re-insurance, listed funds, regulatory advice in relation to UK authorised funds, as well as regulatory advice applicable to asset managers in the UK.
Ennis regularly carries out due diligence of fund documentation in jurisdictions such as the US, UK, Cayman Islands, Channel Islands and Luxembourg. He negotiates side letters and issues lists, and assists clients with subscription agreements, where he supervises a team of paralegals.
