Stefan has extensive experience in advising clients on real estate matters, in particular in the areas of property law, commercial tenancy law, asset management, public and private construction law and planning law.
Together with his team, he advises renowned national and international real estate investors and investment funds on real estate transactions comprising large single properties and real estate portfolios as well as on project development. He also specialises in providing comprehensive legal advice around the management of existing real estate, including contract management and representing clients in and out of court.
Stefan first worked at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer for several years before becoming a partner inter alia in a major US law firm. He joined Eversheds Sutherland in 2023.
Stefan has been recommended for real estate and construction law by Handelsblatt/Best Lawyers.
