We advised CapMan Special Situations Fund in its investment in Niemi Services

We acted as legal advisor to the CapMan Special Situations Fund in a corporate transaction in which it invests in Niemi Services and supports the company’s growth as the leading provider of moving and logistics services in Finland. The execution of the investment requires the permission of the Finnish Competition and Consumer Authority.

The team responsible for the assignment included Partner Johan Wesander, Senior Associate Miika Huhtinen, Partner Merja Blankenstein, Partner Tuomas Penttilä, Partner Jari Salminen, Senior Associate Sanna Soukko, Specialist Counsel Kalle Klemetti and Associate Else Leppänen.
