Kathrin Paulet is Partner in the Real Estate practice group in our Düsseldorf office with more than 14 years of experience and the Co-head of our Logistics Sub-Sector Group at Eversheds Sutherland International.
She is an experienced property investment lawyer and advises on all phases of real estate transactions (logistics, office, retail and residential), including project development.
Another focus of her practice is tenancy law. She assists her clients in their daily real estate business, most of them for many years.
Kathrin is one of the top German lawyers for real estate law according to Handelsblatt/Best Lawyers.
