We are excited to share that our partner, Dr. Manuel Arroyo, has edited and co-authored a new commentary on the WIPO Arbitration Rules, a publication of Wolters Kluwer.
The WIPO Arbitration Rules, a 576-page article-by-article commentary, is the most comprehensive and up-to-date treatise on the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) Center’s Arbitration Rules, in which eminent and experienced arbitration practitioners address in detail the application and interpretation of the rules, including the expedited rules. In contracts and proceedings related to intellectual property and technology matters, arguably the most reputable, experienced, and truly international dispute resolution institution is the Arbitration and Mediation Center of the WIPO.
