Neola Medical AB (publ) revolutionizes neonatal intensive care with Neola®—a medical device enabling continuous lung monitoring and real-time alerts for life-threatening complications using advanced technology to measure lung volume changes and oxygen concentration. The proceeds from the share issue will support ongoing clinical studies on preterm babies and preparations for the planned FDA application for Neola® in the U.S.
 
Eversheds Sutherland’s team consisted of Johan Engström, Kevin Holmkvist and Hanna Ullerholt. Handelsbanken acted as Sole Manager and Bookrunner in connection with the directed share issue.
