Joseph is an associate in the Insurance practice group, where he focuses on transactional matters.
Joseph counsels insurers and financial industry clients on regulatory and compliance developments, and represents clients in mergers, acquisitions, reinsurance, and other strategic transactions.
Joseph first joined Eversheds Sutherland as a Summer Associate. During law school, Joseph was a resolutions intern for a Risk Retention Group providing liability insurance and risk management solutions, where he strategized with defense counsel and client representatives during settlement negotiations for high-exposure claims in relation to employment law and general liability.
