Peter is the Co-Managing Partner of the Budapest office and head of Dispute Resolution.
Peter is a commercial litigator with more than 15 years of experience. In addition, he also specializes in real estate and construction law.
His activities include conducting complex court and arbitration proceedings in special focus on breach of contracts, legal actions for damages, trademark infringement cases, labor disputes, in series of litigations in connection with high value construction disputes, debt collection matters including related litigation. Peter also represents Clients before the Administrative Court with special focus on regulatory mining law disputes.
Peter also represents clients before the Hungarian Competition Office in unfair trade matters and in proceedings initiated by the competition authority on the basis of misleading consumers.

Since 2018 Peter is panel member of the Arbitration Court attached to the Hungarian Chambers and Industries.
