Griff is a Partner in the Corporate Group, advising on a broad range of national and international, cross border M&A transactions.
Griff converted into law from a career as a qualified mechanical engineer, having worked for a global manufacturer on large scale industrial, mining and energy projects across Africa, the Middle East and Russia. This technical and commercial background underpins his advisory work, particularly on complex transactions in industrial and infrastructure linked sectors.
Since becoming a lawyer, Griff has built extensive experience advising on both corporate and private equity matters. He regularly acts for large national and international corporates (including listed companies), private equity sponsors, management teams and portfolio companies.
