Thomas takes a leading role in advising on some of the firm's largest private equity mandates, as well as general M&A transactions.
Thomas provides comprehensive advice on the M&A process and leads transactions from the early stages of inception through to the successful completion of a deal. He has extensive experience providing strategic advice to sponsors, founders and management teams as part of the overall deal process.
Thomas is recommended as a "Leading Associate" in the Legal 500, 2026 edition, having been recognised by peers and clients for the quality of work performed.
