William draws on more than 25 years of experience to guide his US and foreign clients in a wide range of commercial real estate transactions.
These include acquisitions, sales, leasing, project financing and public-private partnerships. William’s clients include lenders, servicers, institutional investors, developers, owners and tenants.
William’s finance work focuses on project financing, including financing of mission-critical data centers and colocation facilities, construction financing, mezzanine financing, restructuring of loans, foreclosures, and workouts. He speaks regularly on a wide range of issues affecting real estate finance and development.
