- NewRiver REIT plc on its recommended acquisition of Capital & Regional plc and the associated placing
- Livingbridge on the partial realisation of Quorum Cyber from its fund to Charlesbank Capital Partners
- CRH Plc, on the UK aspects of its divestment of its lime operations in Europe to SigmaRoc Plc for a total consideration of c.$1.1 billion, including a carve-out of the entirety of CRH-owned Tarmac’s UK lime business
- OntheMarket plc on its recommend acquisition by CoStar Group
- Morses Club plc on its delisting from AIM
- Norcros Plc’s acquisition of Granfit Holdings Limited and the associated placing and
- Anthesis Group Limited, a leading global sustainability advisory and solutions firm, on its acquisition of Revolt Communications Limited.
