Carlos Pemán is Partner at the Corporate and M&A Department of Eversheds Sutherland Madrid office.
He has more than 25 years of experience as a lawyer. Carlos has extensive experience in corporate and commercial law, especially in mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and group restructurings. He leads and coordinates transactions for both international and domestic clients in various sectors, including healthcare, food, diversified industrials and technology.
Carlos also regularly advises clients on general corporate and governance issues, as well as in their day-to-day commercial legal matters; he acts as Secretary to the board of many companies. Carlos focuses his experience on energy, infrastructure and consumer sectors.
