Nicolas is a Counsel in our Employment Law Practice Group in Paris and has experience in contentious and non-contentious labour and employment law issues.
Nicolas advises on a wide range of legal issues, with a strong focus on matters relating to mergers and acquisitions (notably issues pertaining to works council consultations), as well as restructuring operations conducted in France (often related to site closures and redundancy plans), collective negotiations and employment-related litigation.
Nicolas has also written a number of articles on gender discrimination in France, and has participated in the preparation of reports discussing the potential discriminatory risks that can appear when using artificial intelligence in the recruitment process.

Nicolas holds an international Master's degree in management (Skema Business School), as well as an LLM in international business, trade and tax law (University of Littoral Côte d'Opale). He also graduated from HEDAC (Versailles High School of Law).
