Alex is an Associate in the firm's Global Energy practice group.

She advises clients in various matters related to renewable energy, including energy-related project development and financings. 

Alex represents energy providers, project developers, public companies, retail electric providers, electric and gas utilities, cooperatives, and other energy industry participants in a wide range of transactions.

Her experience includes the negotiation of power purchase agreements, virtual power purchase agreements, and other long-term power supply agreements involving solar, nuclear, and natural gas facilities. Her practice also includes supporting clients across the U.S. in matters involving the provision of electric service to large load consumers.

Prior to joining Eversheds Sutherland, she participated in the firm's Summer Associate program.
