He has extensive experience leading multi-jurisdictional transactions, including strategic acquisitions and disposals, private equity and sponsor-backed M&A, buy-and-build programmes, corporate carve-outs, institutional exits, joint ventures and group reorganisations.
Nigel regularly coordinates international teams across Eversheds Sutherland’s global platform, helping clients execute complex transactions involving multiple businesses, jurisdictions and stakeholders. His sector experience includes industrials, business services, consumer, building products, environmental services and technology-enabled businesses.
